Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Cost: $12.95
  • Available for all domestic orders

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

  • Cost: $19.95
  • Available for all domestic orders
  • Tracking information provided via email

International Shipping

International Standard (7-14 Business Days)

  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Tracking information provided via email
  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day
  • Orders are not processed on federal holidays

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to residential and business addresses only
  • P.O. Box delivery available for domestic orders only
  • APO/FPO addresses supported for military personnel

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Squared Away® is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address
